On Thursday night we were treated to an evening of exquisite music. During the performance of Jóhann Jóhannsson and his band/ensemble you could literally hear a pin drop in the packed out Kleine Zaal of the Melkweg. At times the music is very quiet, so quiet in fact that I could not take many pictures due to the clunk my DSLR makes while taking a photo. At other times the music pulsated through the room with electronic thunk of beats and the visuals backdrop was haunting and beautiful.
