The Yohimbe Brothers are DJ Logic and Vernon Reid in collaboration with many guest musicians (including Doug Wimbish (Living Colour), Slick Rick, Prince Paul, Latasha Nevada Diggs, Leon Gruenbaum, Deantoni Parks and Ricky Quinones).
DJ Logic is a DJ from New York who fuses Jazz, Funk and a diverse set of ethnic sounds with hip hop beats. Vernon Reid was the leader of seminal rock bank Living Colour. These guys together produce a very interesting mix of rock guitar, jazz and turntabalism. What’s more they are playing in the Bimhuis which should be a treat.
